Petal Fresh Volumizing Shampoo

-Night

For makeup remover I used Napa Valley grape seed oil with the silicone face exfoliator. same cleanser with the silicone face exfoliator.

No workout today.

  1. Bare Escentuals Prime Time

  2. Maybelline green cover stick (on acne redness)

  3. Maybelline fit me foundation

  4. maybelline super stay 24hr concealer (on acne)

  5. Maybelline  age rewind (under my eyes)

  6. Revelon age defying translucent compact powder (to set makeup)

  7. cover girl translucent loose powder (for color)

  • What I eat/drink

-eat:

Didn't really eat a lot. chinees food, breaded chicken, fried rice, voodoo doll doughnut, 

-drink:

about  2 1/2 glasses water through out the day, for the morning i had 2 cups of raw milk(made into hot chocolate, 2 tbs of trader joes cocoa,4 tbs raw sugar.

1/2 tsp of concentrace trace mineral drops deluted in about a cup of water, 1 capsule(400mg per capsule) of Moringa Oleifera, 1/2 tablet Megafood balanced B complex, 1/2 megafood womens one daily, 4 capsules of st. johns wort(150mg per capsule),2 capsules of Vitamine C with rose hips (1000 per capsule),1 capsule of black cohosh(540mg per capsule)

-Afternoon

1/2 megafood womens one daily,

morning;frozen banana/strawberry/honey smoothie,

night; 3 cups pasta from trader joes 

-drink:

morning: yerba mate tea with 3tbs raw local organic honey(about  2 cups of water). 1 cup water.

miday; 3 cups of raw milk(made into hot chocolate, 2 tbs of trader joes cocoa,4 tbs raw sugar.
